Frequently Asked Questions

1. How will dataquotes help me save time and money on obtaining mailing lists?
The dataquotes service provides a fast and easy method to obtain multiple quotes from different list managers, on all types of mailing lists. Whatever your requirements, we will obtain quotes for comparison. To request quotations you simply complete a quote enquiry form and submit it on-line. Shortly after submitting your request the list managers will contact you with their most specific lists and the best prices available. Once these are in hand you can simply compare them and choose the best deal offered!

2. How many quotes will I be likely to receive?
We are unable to infuence the number of quotes you will receive. However, using feedback from our users we would expect you to receive no less than three quotes on any particular enquiry, and possibly more. If none of the quotes are suitable, you can re-submit your enquiry again, which usually results in further quotes from other list managers.

3. How much does the dataquotes service cost to use?
The dataquotes service is completely FREE. There is absolutely no charge at all. We invite you to use it as often as you wish, 24 hours a day.

4. How will dataquotes return my quotes?
When submitting your quote enquiry form you can choose to have your quotes returned to you via E-mail, Fax, Phone or Post.

5. How long will it take dataquotes to return my quotes?
You should begin to receive your quotes within just a few hours, or even sooner if you have them returned by E-mail. Your enquiry will be available for quoting for seven days after submission, and is then deleted. This safeguard prevents you being bothered with further, unwanted quotes as you may have already decided to use a list manager after this time. You can re-submit your enquiry at any time if the quotes received are not satisfactory. This will normally result in further quotes from different list brokers.

6. I have a mailing list requirement and would like to use dataquotes. What do I do next?
