1. dataQUOTES is a free on-line service for providing mailing list buyers with multiple quotations, an all types of mailing list requirements, from different list managers. The contract is between dataQUOTES and the individual or company seeking these quotations, hereby referred to as the Registered User.
2. dataQUOTES does not guarantee that the Registered User shall receive quotes on their Quote Enquiry, as it has no control over these enquiries once they have been passed on to the list managers. We have no knowledge of which of these list managers may be quoting, the prices they are quoting, to whom, when and for what.
3. dataQUOTES does not guarantee that the Registered User will obtain more competitive quotes by using our service, or make financial gain by use of our service to obtain such quotations.
4. Use of the dataQUOTES service is restricted to one individual per company, unless by prior written agreement with dataQUOTES.
5. dataQUOTES may, from time to time, and as deemed necessary, alter or change the format and structure of our service, in an endeavour to improve the service to the advantage of our Registered User's.
6. dataQUOTES may (within the confines of the Data Protection Act, 1998) store the information supplied by the Registered User as part of the registration process, and provide aggregate statistical information information about Registered Users to potential advertisers.
7. Due to inherent hazards of delivery mechanisms utilised by the Internet during electronic distribution, there may possibly be inaccuracies, omission or delays in submitting quote enquiries to the list managers. dataQUOTES cannot, and does not, warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the content sent through dataQUOTES. Our service is primarily a means of connecting mailing list buyers requiring quotations, with list managers willing to supply these quotes. Once this contact is established we have fulfilled the purpose of the service. We are unable to enter into any dispute which may arise between any parties who may have been introduced through our service. We will neither referee disputes, nor will we have any liability, as no one but the mailing list buyer and the list manager will be privy to either the terms of any contract, or the details of any transaction between them.
8. By use, or continual use of the dataQUOTES service, the Registered User expressly indicates acceptance, without reservation, of the content contained within these Terms & Conditions & Legal Disclaimers.
